HighwaysIndustry.com will be present at Highways UK 2026 on 14 and 15 October. The event takes place at the NEC in Birmingham, with National Highways as lead partner. Although not exhibiting, the team will be available onsite to meet industry contacts.
A meeting place for the sector
Marc Hobbins, founder of HighwaysIndustry.com, describes Highways UK as an important moment for the sector. He says it brings the industry together, strengthens relationships and highlights businesses that shape highways and infrastructure in the UK. “Building a successful brand involves more than just sales,” he adds. “It requires visibility, trust and connections with the right people. Events like Highways UK highlight how important these relationships remain.”
Understanding industry needs
Matt Lambert from HighwaysIndustry.com explains that the event provides a chance to catch up with familiar contacts and meet new ones. “It’s about seeing what businesses are doing, the challenges they face and how we can help share their stories with an appropriate audience,” he says. He believes the partnerships formed at events such as Highways UK contribute to a strong, collaborative sector.
Where to find them
Visitors will find HighwaysIndustry.com team members walking around Hall 5 throughout both days. They encourage anyone interested in discussing their current projects or future marketing opportunities to come and introduce themselves.
Highways UK Excellence Awards
The event will also host the Highways UK Excellence Awards ceremony on the evening of 14 October. The awards recognise achievements across the highways sector, celebrating exhibitors, speakers and participants contributing throughout the two days.
HighwaysIndustry.com wishes all involved in the event success, including those nominated for awards or presenting at the show.
