Traffic management operatives receive new job alerts by WhatsApp as soon as vacancies matching their qualifications are posted. Employers can convert the image adverts they post on social media into live tracked job listings. The service is free for both parties until 1 January 2027.

WhatsApp alerts cut application time

Operatives enter their ticket details and location once. They then switch on alerts to receive instant notifications when a matching job appears nearby. The alerts arrive by WhatsApp or in a daily evening email.

Applying no longer requires a CV or cover letter. The operative’s profile, including ticket and Lantra card details plus standard checks, acts as the application. Jobs list their required tickets clearly, and users can filter by location or pay.

Uploading photos of cards creates a "Full profile" tick that employers see, ranking those operatives higher in applicant lists.

Social media adverts become live listings

Employers often post vacancies as picture adverts on social media. The rebuilt job board accepts these images and extracts details to create individual listings for each role and location. Links to careers pages or pasted job descriptions work similarly.

The listings specify town or postcode. Each is sent to Google’s job search and triggers alerts to suitable operatives nearby.

Applications come into one list showing each candidate’s tickets, card status, checks and any missing qualifications. Employers can call or message applicants directly from the platform.

Free until 2027 with no commitment

The platform is free for operatives and for employers until 1 January 2027. Posting requires no contract or up-front payment details.

Easy to join and use

Existing users log in with their email and reset passwords via WhatsApp or email. New operatives sign up without cost. Companies create accounts and post while undergoing verification.

The site includes guides for operatives and employers. Employers can download a PDF walk-through.
