Founded in 2014, Roadway TM started in Selby and now operates across wider UK regions, with additional depots in the Midlands and Bedfordshire. This expansion supports a broader range of traffic management projects and clients.

The company has invested significantly in its vehicle fleet, equipment and technology. It has introduced digital traffic management tools such as HRS Intellicone IPAWS to improve site safety by reducing vehicle incursions and increasing situational awareness for teams.
Workforce development also remains a priority. Roadway operates a Lantra Approved Training Centre to support ongoing staff training. New operational bases, like the Midlands depot, help deliver faster responses to projects across the UK.
