Roadway Traffic Management now supports projects across the Midlands from a 4,000 sq ft operational depot, accelerating response and cutting mobilisation times.

Secure space with direct client access

The new depot includes a gated yard, office accommodation, and a large storage and workshop facility. It provides a dedicated location for clients, suppliers and partners to meet the Roadway team and coordinate project delivery.

Its location reduces distances to central England projects, enabling faster deployment for planned traffic management schemes and emergency requirements.

National network with regional focus

This Midlands site complements Roadway’s existing depots in Selby, North Yorkshire, and Henlow, Bedfordshire. Together, they create a national network that delivers responsive and efficient traffic management services across the UK.

The depot is managed by Jamie Reardon, who has over 20 years' experience in traffic management and highways project delivery, bringing operational expertise to the region.

Supporting faster delivery and growth

Roadway TM has heavily invested in people, fleet, technology and infrastructure, expanding across both high-speed routes and local authority sectors.

Reardon says the Midlands base is crucial for growth, enabling the company to position staff, vehicles and equipment closer to schemes. This cuts mobilisation times and improves efficiency without compromising standards.

He adds the depot provides a home base to develop workforce skills, build client relationships and support local communities.

Strategic investment for client value

Director Mark Bentley highlights the depot as part of Roadway TM’s ongoing commitment to sustainable growth and client service nationwide.

He notes the facility complements Selby and Henlow locations, offering full national coverage and a platform for future opportunities.

“Investing in strategically located infrastructure means we can respond faster and provide a better service,” Bentley says.

A foundation for future expansion

The Midlands depot marks a milestone in Roadway TM’s expansion. It strengthens the company’s presence in a key growth region and demonstrates intent to build on that foundation.
