Re-flow Field Management cuts the time spent on managing field operations by integrating planning, delivery and compliance records in one platform.
At Highways UK on 14 and 15 October in Birmingham’s NEC, Re-flow will present its latest software aimed at simplifying carbon compliance and operational management for UK highways projects. It will be at stand E11 for the full event.
Eight new features, one platform
Re-flow’s platform connects core site records into workflows that support evidence submission and compliance. New features include the PAS 2080 carbon reporting tool that converts site data into carbon evidence aligned with the UK standard for managing infrastructure carbon emissions.
Stock Tracking functionality now gives users clear visibility of materials across vehicles, depots and jobs. This reduces manual stock administration, ensuring materials are available where and when needed onsite.
A DEFRA-compliant Digital Waste Tracking feature submits waste movement details directly to DEFRA, integrating regulatory reporting into routine workflows and cutting duplicated data entry. This responds to forthcoming UK government requirements for waste tracking.
The platform also introduces an AI assistant. Users ask plain-English questions about their operational data and receive quick reports or summaries without digging through forms and records manually.
Tailored to UK highways operations
Re-flow caters specifically to the highways sector. Its integration with the DVLA database automatically updates vehicle MOT and tax information, eliminating manual checks. Upcoming connectors include Confirm, which will import National Highways jobs directly into Re-flow, streamlining operational planning.
A standardised form co-developed with RAISE enables logging of road worker abuse incidents, supporting sector-wide efforts to tackle this issue.
Onsite support and demonstrations
Existing clients are invited to visit stand E11 for support sessions, to discuss operational improvements, or to see live product demonstrations. If attending without a pre-booked slot, the team can arrange timings on arrival.
Carbon compliance by design
On 14 October at 12.50pm, Hannah Bradley, Re-flow’s Product Manager, teams with Auditel’s Richard Smith to present 'Carbon compliance by design: Embedding data into operational workflows'. The session explores how site data capture supports carbon reporting and compliance, drawing parallels with the evolution of health and safety expectations.
Re-flow’s focus aligns with UK highways authorities’ increasing demands for traceable carbon evidence and streamlined waste reporting. The platform integrates multiple compliance needs within everyday operational tasks to reduce administrative burden.
