Coeval has appointed Gordon Stitt as Operations Director, returning to the company after a four-year break. He previously spent eight years at Coeval and re-joins during a period of growth.

Leadership with operational know-how

Stitt’s familiarity with Coeval’s operations, culture and client base underpins his new role. He will oversee delivery of the company’s technology-led road safety solutions and help maintain operational standards.

His sector experience supports Coeval’s expanding portfolio of intelligent traffic and safety systems, ensuring operational performance keeps pace with growth.

Supporting ongoing development

Coeval’s Managing Director Scott Hatcher said Stitt’s return strengthens leadership. “He knows the business, understands our products and markets, and adds significant experience,” Hatcher said. “His appointment ensures high-quality service and innovation continue.”

Stitt commented: “It’s great to be back. I’m looking forward to working with the team and contributing to the company’s next chapter during this period of evolution and growth.”

Early engagement and future prospects

Since returning, Stitt has attended Intertraffic with Hatcher. The event enabled them to reconnect with industry contacts and explore new opportunities. These interactions are helping Coeval move forward in 2026.

Coeval continues to support UK roads with intelligent safety technologies, and Stitt’s appointment forms part of a strategy to strengthen operational capability and leadership.
